We’re thrilled to announce that Brian Dawson has joined AltaSim as our new Business Development Director. With his extensive background in mechanical engineering, project management, and strategic sales, Brian will help us build stronger client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Meet Brian:
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, he started his career as an Engineering Intern. He quickly took on roles that allowed him to use his mechanical engineering and project management skills. From overseeing race car performance as a Race Engineer to leading product development as a Product Manager, Brian consistently showed his ability to drive innovation and achieve results.
As Business Development Director, Brian will be pivotal in building and deepening client relationships, ensuring our customers achieve exceptional outcomes from their simulations.
Brian is driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed and make a real impact. His focus on integrity, continuous learning, and meaningful relationships aligns perfectly with AltaSim’s core values. He is committed to ensuring that our clients achieve their goals and experience the full value of our simulation software.
Outside of work, Brian’s enthusiasm for innovation and growth extends into his personal life. He is passionate about aviation and is pursuing his Private Pilot’s License. Brian also enjoys pickleball, CrossFit, and restoring classic cars, activities that reflect his love for challenges and personal development. He lives in North Carolina with his wife and two dogs.
